Linda,
We have two related issues with Aspen:
#1 We were highly inconvenienced when Aspen decided that they would no
longer use Hein as a jobber. Our preference to use Hein is based on
their ability to invoice via EDI.
#2 We were rather insulted that Aspen had no inclination to offer EDI
as a service to its academic customers. Their reasoning was that their
law firm customers would not find EDI useful and therefore they would
not invest in it.

visiting Aspen in May. We would like to hear any questions, concerns
or
suggestions that you have regarding Aspen. CRIV will raise issues
with
Aspen and report back to the membership.
Do you have any comments about Aspen's products, acquiring items from
Aspen, customer service, pricing or invoices?
Is there anything Aspen is doing that you want them to continue or
expand? Do you have any suggestions for improvements that Aspen might
be able to make, or problems that should be addressed?
