Nancy, I just finished my rules and remembered I had similar problems last year. Even though you may have only one ledger, you may want to call your ledger for this new fiscal year Ledger0203 or something similar. Then when you click on the Ledger symbol on your rollover screen you'll see this year's ledger. Select it and then Click in the blue box called New Ledger. Type the name of your new ledger there! Doesn't look like its an editable box, but it is. Then say OK. Hope this works for you. I think I only crashed out a few times until I remembered to click it the box under the caption "New Ledger" and give it a name.
