We'd prefer CLAIMS first!

I just rec'd a call from Bob Perno at Hein re:Melody's message. During
our
conversation, I asked him where Hein was in regards to proceeding with
EDI
for orders and claims. He said he was directed to proceed with claims
but it
was on the back burner due to other projects. He also suggested that I
speak
w/Dan Rosati about it, which I will do. Before I call him, I am
wondering
for those of you interested in doing more EDI w/Hein, do you have a
preference that they offer EDI ordering or claiming first? I was
thinking
that the ordering might be easier to implement; other vendors like
Yankee
have certainly been doing that for awhile now. Please let me know if
you
have any thoughts to which they implement first. I can then press for
that.
Also, he mentioned that they had reached the limit on 4-digit title
numbers
on the subscription end. We will have to add 2 zeros to the beginning
of all
our subscription title nos. before our august adjustment invoices are
loaded. All their title nos. will now have 6 digits. He does plan to
call
everyone with this information, but I thought I would give everyone a
heads
up so they can plan for this project.
