1. LAW-VUG ADMINISTRATIVE STUFF:
* We thanked Endeavor for their support, but noted that the Endeavor
representative (Michelle Arms) was not here yet...but the show must go
on
* Andrea and Tom tried to get someone to volunteer to co-coordinator
next year's meeting, but when the group saw that Andrea paid for the
projection screen, no one wanted to do it - hahaha, but seriously
folks
WE NEED A NEW CO-COORDINATOR TO ASSIST TOM HEARD NEXT YEAR; IT'S A LOT
OF FUN! PLEASE LET ME OR TOM HEARD KNOW, ASAP.
* We decided to call ourselves the VLUG 'Voyager Law Users Group' and
hold VLUGMs 'Voyager Law Users Group Meetings' This does not violate
the VUG Bylaws.
* Session/presentation ideas for next year's LAWVUG:
EDI CLAIMING
BINDING FUNCTIONS
ENCOMPASS USE IN LAW
* EDI news
Andrea updated everyone on the site visit that Lexis reps paid SU Law.
Andrea also mentioned that there is a form on the Endeavor site for
requesting that EIS contact a particular vendor to implement EDI -
everyone agreed to fill out the form to have them contact Scott Moore
@
Lexis.
* Dinner after alphabet soup joint reception?
Yes, we went to Bahama Mama's.
Since Michelle was still not here, we did the presentations next:

3. ENDEAVOR UPDATE ON ENHANCEMENTS
* Michele briefly updated us on the Acquisitions Task Force meeting.
4. ENDEAVOR DEMO
* 2001.1 and 2001.2 releases
As Michele was late and we started late, she tried to squeeze this
into
the last few minutes of the meeting, before the 2003 AMPC needed the
room. Michele did, however, give her presentation later that evening
outside of the alphabet soup receiption, then joined us for dinner at
Bahama Mama's.
