Technical Services People,
The cataloging librarians at the University of Richmond are
investigating Dublin Core versus Dublin Core qualified. A
metadata standard must be chosen for Endeavor ENCompass,
which we are planning to use for digital projects.
We are wondering whether it is wiser to select the simplest
standard and modify it or whether it is wiser to select the most
complex standard. We don't limit our options to too little data or too
much detail.
Any words of wisdom for us?
