Early last year when we started on Voyager, I asked if anyone had
any Access reports breaking down the collection by KF call number subject
areas (number of bibs, items, circulation, etc.) No one responded to me.
I
have thought and tried many different ways to get this information, and
finally last Friday had an "ah ha" moment. I typed in my own KF outline
table, then ran queries using this table. I can now see in what subject
areas things circulate, how many titles we have in each area, etc.
If anyone else would like a copy of my table, I would be happy to
share, as well as my queries.
