Manually. We cancel a title/subscription, it goes on a monthly list of
cancellations. We buy something new, it's counted when we catalog it and it
comes to me in our cataloging stats. I have created a spreadsheet with all
the stats I need for the aba/arl annual stats. I update it monthly from the
stats rec'd from my librarians. Then I am pretty much all ready to go to
complete the form when it arrives. Just have to fill in the blanks. Works
for me.

I know everyone is really tired of dealing with this issue, so I hate to
bring it up again. Has anyone been able to run any reports on voyager to
find out how many active serial subscriptions they have? If not, how are you
arriving at your figures?
