Alan/Sonia,

Maybe we should have a good old fashioned "ask the experts," or "take my advise from the trenches" session or two. Seems like there are several questions that would be well served by the collective wisdom, rather than a program of "how we do it:"
* How do you (and you, etc.) handle your West monthly bills?
* What process do you (and you, etc.) use to set up publication patterns?
* Other questions/concerns brought forth in # 2 and # 6.
* I would like to know if anyone implemented Gary Strawn's copy 0 to 1 program and got it to work. If others would send questions/concerns/etc. to the list, we could all come prepared.

At this stage, we have a nice group of old and new implementers, that I think it would be beneficial for addressing the concerns that law libraries face with Voyager.

Just my 2 cents... Andrea

I will be there, and was wondering if anyone could speak about setting up publication patterns in law libraries.

Thanks,

Where: Location to be announced later:

The tentative program:

1. 1:00 PM - 1:15PM Welcome and Introductions of all attendees

2. 1:15PM - 2:OO PM Discussion of Enhancement requests from Law Users

3. 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM Program 1

5. 2:45 - 3:15 Program 2

6. 3:15 - 3:45 Endeavor Update

7. 3:45 - 4:00 Wrap up

At the present time, Sonia and I are looking for program ideas for the

2-2:30 slot and the 2:45-3:15 slot. I had one suggestion for a program from the Chicago meeting-- Processing of West monthly invoices Another topic Sonia and I brainstormed was Upgrading to Unicode and what it means for Law libraries

If you have ideas, please let Sonia or me know. It would be very helpful if we also had volunteers to lead the program. For those of you who have not attended in the past, this is an informal meeting to get together and discuss Voyager successes and concerns. Endeavor is graciously defraying the costs of this meeting. Michelle Arms will be the representative from the company.

As is tradition, after the "alphabet soup" reception on Saturday night,

everyone is invited to have dinner with Michelle at a local restaurant. Details will be announced at the meeting.
