Everyone,
We're finally taking baby steps here to get into the EDI game.
We've begun talking to Hein about receiving our invoices
electronically. Currently, we receive invoices from them about once/month;
however, they tell us that, with electronic invoicing, we'll need to change
our billing plan to annual renewal/adjustment service instead.
Have others of you had to change your billing plan in this way? If so, how
did that affect your workflow and the timing of your payments? Are there
other things to look out for that I haven't even thought of?
Finally, are you using EDI for other things (claiming, ordering) with Hein
as well?
Thank you in advance for any information you may be able to provide.
Eric
