Eric,
The same is true at Syracuse University Law Library - we were already
on that particular payment plan. There is some set up work involved to
send and receive files. For instance, you need to have the Hein title
number (in a 6 digit form) in the Title Number field to receive
invoices; as well as in the Agent Subscription Identifier (SNA) field to
send claims.

At WFU, we do EDI invoicing and claiming with Hein
Invoices we receive are the cumulative monthly invoices for standing
orders, and the annual renewal /adjustment invoices for serials.
We also do EDI claiming with Hein.
We didn;t have to change a thing.
