Will you let the staff know that consider "fixing" this problem that
effective immediately we will try other vendors with EDI delivery for
all our new purchases, and will consider transferring current tiles
to other vendors? EDI should be time and labor saving for your
customers, not the other way around. I have also posted this message
to a Voyager law list so that other current or prospective customers
know about this issue, special charges not appearing anywhere, and
the fact that piece information is also not conveyed in an invoice
field that Voyager uses. These problems in my mind should be
considered reasons to de-certify Blackwell as a Voyager EDI invoice
provider.
