Has anyone been able to create a Complex Publication Pattern for West's
Federal Claims Reporter?
It is published bi-weekly on Thursdays: no. (mon. day yr.) with the
number restarting in January each year.
I attempted to create one figuring there might be 5 Thursdays in a
month, so I made room for 01:th; 03:th; and 05:th - but when I do that,
there is no way to adjust it so that if the pattern predicts and uses
the 05:th - that the following month would be 02:th and 04:th.
Anyone have any suggestions?
