Hello,

(Apologies for multi-list duplication...)

If you'll be attending EndUser this year we invite you to help out with monitoring the Internet Café. The ground rules are pretty simple: to verify that only people with EndUser conference badges use the Café, and to provide a friendly point of contact should Café users have any computer problems. You don't need to have any computer troubleshooting skills yourself -- ExLibris staff will provide all necessary technical support. More details on what's involved in being a Café volunteer can be viewed at http://internetcafe.pbwiki.com.

In addition to the undying gratitude of the Café coordinators, Café volunteers will receive a $10 Amazon gift certificate for their assistance. (While we'll be thrilled if you sign up for more than one shift, we're unfortunately only able to give out one gift certificate per person.)

The location of the Café within the hotel is still being finalized, but we'd like to begin now to arrange coverage for the hours the Café will be open. Each shift lasts one hour, with a few minutes on either side for transitioning to the next volunteer.

The hours the Café will be open are:

Thursday, April 26:
-- 2:15 p.m. through 7 p.m. (the first shift will be 45 minutes, from 2:15 p.m. to 3 p.m.)

Friday, April 27:
-- 8:00 a.m. through 7 p.m.

Saturday, April 28:
-- 8:30 a.m. through 2 p.m. (the first shift will be a 1/2 hour, from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.)

To sign up, enter your name & email address on the wiki schedule at http://internetcafe.pbwiki.com/ under "Internet Cafe Schedule." If you'd prefer you can also send an email to either of the Café coordinators at the addresses below.

Any questions? Please contact us!

Many thanks in advance for your help,
