KF Class Table Queries and Reports
The majority of American law libraries' classed items are in KF. The queries and reports supplied by Endeavor are not as specific as we would like. This includes a KFClass table, queries to find the bibs, holdings, items and circulation of KF classed materials, and two reports on the Bib count by KF class, and Circulation by KF subject area, patron group and date range. To import, save the file in a temporary directory, then open your Voyager Access Reports.mdb. Click on File -> Get External Data -> Import. Find the file where you saved it, then when the import dialog appears, click on the tables, queries, and reports tabs and highlight all of the files to select, then click on OK. The table, queries and reports should then import into the Voyager Access reports.mdb and you should be able to run the queries and reports. Have fun. Hope they are useful to you.
